Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS
We are pleased that you are considering joining us on your bicycle adventure. Our cancellation is as flexible as possible given we are a small-group operator. If must cancel your tour reservation for any reason, it is your responsibility to notify
BIKETERNITY, LLC immediately in writing via email or U.S. mail.

Trip payments for trips less than or equal to 21 days in duration are fully refundable until the FINAL PAYMENT DATE, typically 60 days prior to departure unless an exception is made below.

Trip payments for trips more than 21 days in duration are fully refundable until the FINAL PAYMENT DATE, typically 90 days prior to departure, 50% refundable until 60 days prior to departure and nonrefundable less than 60 days before departure unless an exception is made below. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE FOR THESE LONGER TRIPS.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we reserve the right to change our policy for conditions or events beyond the control of BIKEternity, LLC. In the event we have to cancel or postpone your tour after the FINAL PAYMENT DATE of your tour due to events or conditions beyond our control, we will refund as much of the funds that you have paid that we can recover from 3rd party deposits and fees.

Exception for tours more than 21 days in duration: The FINAL PAYMENT DATE is 90 days prior to departure. Final determination of a departure is 75 days prior to scheduled departure.

Exception for Alaskan Departures: The FINAL PAYMENT DATE is 75 days prior to departure. Final determination of a departure is 60 days prior to scheduled departure.

Exception for New Zealand Departures: The FINAL PAYMENT DATE is 90 days prior to departure. Final determination of a departure is 75 days prior to scheduled departure.

Exception for Italy Departures: The FINAL PAYMENT DATE is 90 days prior to departure. Final determination of a departure is 75 days prior to scheduled departure.

Exception for Custom Tours: All payment and refund schedules are provided in the Custom Tour Agreement.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional and available to cover some unforeseen cancellations or emergencies. BIKEternity, LLC sincerely wishes for every tour participant to attend and complete the tour. In an effort to plan for unexpected personal emergencies, health issues, weather, and transportation problems that might cause you to cancel or shorten your tour, travel insurance is strongly advised. You can compare the policies and prices of most major providers at www.insuremytrip.com. You should also check with your credit card company to see if they offer free travel insurance.
