Join the Stroke Across America cross country riders on the last leg of their journey. Begin your 9-day, 290 mile trip in “upstate” New York, ride through Albany into Massachusetts, and traverse the state to end at the Atlantic Ocean, just north of Boston. This area of New York and New England is hilly with short, steep climbs as we leave the Albany area and cross into Western Massachusetts; the hilliest portion of the state. We will cycle through mostly heavily treed, rural areas with quiet roads, forests and traditional quaint New England villages with the typical white-steepled churches and open green commons. We finish our tour along the myriad of bike and pedestrian trails along the famous Charles River into Boston and to the shore town of Winthrop.
