2026 XC Trip Fuel & Food Surcharge

Due to recent increases in fuel costs and the resulting rise in food prices, we are adding a one-time $410 ($5.47/day) food and fuel surcharge to cover higher support-vehicle fuel, pricier food resupplies, and occasional emergency transport during our 75-day cross-country tour. This surcharge helps us maintain essential services and support the BIKEternity bottom line.
If these short-term price increases subside, we will issue a full or partial refund of the surcharge and remain transparent about how the funds are used. Thank you for your understanding and support.
